COS LOOKBOOK SS12_

 

So the COS Spring/Summer 2012 Lookbook is now online and it doesn't disappoint. I love the clean and simple design of all of their pieces and I am particularly loving the shoes used on the shoot. 

When I visited the Berlin store over the weekend which is considerably bigger than the store we have here in Amsterdam there were so many items I loved, this weekend however my money was destined for the cash tills of bars and not those of COS.

ISABEL MARANT

So as you may have seen in one of previous blog posts I am very much in love with the Isabel Marant Sneakers with the hidden wedge, however with their £400 price point they are a little out of my financial reach. Now though I have discovered the brand ASH who retail on Asos and do a very similar style to the Isabel Marant sneaker at the more affordable £150...I may have to splurge very soon!

James Franco o o o...

Premium jeans brand 7 For All Man Kind have recruited James Franco for his directorial debut to shoot and direct the brand's latest marketing campaign. The campaign will launch on the brand's YouTube channel later today but until then here is the behind the scenes video which is already online.

James spoke about his experience, saying "I was able to work in ways that were similar to what I do in the film world but in this case we had a tremendous amount of freedom. We were liberated from the conventional film apparatus and were able to create something both classic and new." 

I don't know about you, but I'm super excited to see the final result! Hopefully I will be posting images and videos from the campaign later today...

ELIZABETH VS_

Elizabeth Olsen was interviewed for the latest edition of Vs. magazine, unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to read the article yet but I love the fun 80's style of the shoot you can see above. Especially the shot outside of the motel....if only I were born in the 70's.

I am now in desperate need to see 'Martha Marcy May Marlene'.
